Shipping and Delivery

Once your order is processed, it undergoes a thorough inspection to ensure all items are in perfect condition.

After successfully passing our final quality check, the products are securely packed and handed over to our reliable delivery partners.

Our delivery partner will bring the package to your designated address at the earliest opportunity. If they encounter any difficulties in reaching the provided address or finding a suitable delivery time, they will contact you to resolve the issue promptly.

How are items packaged?

All products are carefully packaged in sturdy cardboard boxes, accompanied by a copy of your invoice. Fragile items, such as bottles, are further secured with bubble wrap to ensure they arrive safely.

What are the delivery charges?

Inside Dhaka: Taka 70 and Outside Dhaka: Taka 120.

What is the estimated delivery time?

Inside Dhaka: 2-5 business days and Outside Dhaka: 3-6 business days.
