Eligibility for Return or Replacement
You may request a return or replacement under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

The request is made within 3 days of delivery.

Replacement Policy
At Kh Te Khelna (খ তে খেলনা), we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you face any issues such as wrong size, damage, or defects, you can request a replacement within 3 days of delivery.

Replacement/exchange is only applicable to regular-priced items, not discounted or promotional ones.

Customers must return the product to Kh Te Khelna’s warehouse at their own cost.

Products must be unused, unwashed, with original tags, manuals, and packaging intact.

Once your return is received and passes our quality check, the replacement/exchange product will be shipped.

For replacements/exchanges, no refund is issued.

If a product is out of stock or not eligible for replacement, you may request a refund within the specified window.

For damaged or defective items, customers must provide clear videographic or photographic evidence to expedite the resolution process.
Return & Refund Policy
If you wish to return a product, please follow these guidelines:

The refund process begins once the returned product is received at Kh Te Khelna’s warehouse and passes quality checks.

Refunds are made via Bkash. For refunds over Tk 10,000, the amount will be transmitted through a banking channel.

Products must be unused, with original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for sending products back via a courier service at their own risk and cost.

Refunds are processed within 30 days of approval.

In case of a partial return, only the returned product’s value will be refunded.

Shipping charges and Cash on Delivery (COD) fees are non-refundable.

If returned products are damaged, missing original packaging/tags, or used, no refund will be issued.
